  Good company for people new to security or ex-law enforcement and ex-military. The field operations manager and hiring manager ( the two you will deal with the most) are very rude. The field operations manager with the odd nickname is very selective about what texts or calls he will respond to. If you move to a site that pays more good luck getting a hold of the boss to have it fixed as they barely answer the office phone. They also barely show up to work until around The 1100 or later. The hiring manager is a police academy grad with no field experience (that I've heard) and yells at employees at every chance he gets. I was issued one company shirt... No belt, no hat, no pants, no jacket... Just one shirt. I gave up asking for more uniforms and when I turned it in on my last day the hiring manager was kind of surprised.. which was surprising. Most of the employees are good people and the supervision will not allow much as far as mistakes go which is good holding people accountable.
